I think what Ron said once on one of my songs applies to this really good.
"this one definitely reminds me of some big hair and spandex..."
The drums are much better on this than "Edgeless Sword". The slab bass sounds cool.
As always, it needs vocals. And some guitar breaks and fills wouldn't hurt either.
The thing at 4 minutes that started sounded cacophony again. Too much on the same place with the same sound. You could try panning the guitars a little.
The solo was cool. The tapping at the end of it was a major smile maker. Like... "that's my boy!" smile. Even tho' I bet you are a better guitarist than I am. But whatever anyways...
